Yer&Konaklama: Naturel Thermal Otel – Ilıca Mah. 5123 Sok. No: 64 Çeşme/İzmir

Turnuvaya katılan takım ve oyuncu sayısına göre konaklama odalarda 3, 4 veya 5 kişi şeklinde olacaktır.

Takım kaptanlarının oda planlaması konusunda (odalar çoğunlukla 3-4 kişilik olacak şekilde) bize yardımcı olmasını beklemekteyiz. Kimin kiminle aynı odada kalacağı bilgisini kaptanlardan rica ediyoruz.

Otel Ilıca Otobüs Terminali’ne 5-6 dakika yürüme mesafesindedir.

Turnuvanın gerçekleşeceği Ilıca Plajı’nda bize ayrılan alan, otele 10-12 dakika yürüme mesafesindedir.

Ulaşım:

Yurtiçi: Kamil Koç’un İstanbul ve Ankara’dan direkt Ilıca’ya otobüs seferleri var. (Alternatif firmalara da bakılabilir ama Kamil Koç direkt olarak Ilıca’ya gelmesi sebebiyle ilk tercih bizce.) Uçak opsiyonunu kullanacaklar için de Cuma akşamı İzmir Havaalanı’ndan direkt otele servis yapacak, Belediye’den tahsis edilecek bir otobüs sözünü aldık. Takım kaptanlarından uçakla gelecek olup, servis kullanacak oyuncuların durumlarını ekteki kayıt formunda tek tek doldurmalarını rica ediyoruz. Özel araçla gelecekler varsa bizimle iletişime geçmelerini rica ederiz.

Yurtdışı: İstanbul’a uçacakların Atatürk Havaalanı’ndan Taksim’e veya Sabiha Gökçen Havaalanı’ndan Kadıköy’e ulaşması ve buradaki Kamil Koç yazıhanelerinden biletlerini alarak Çeşme/Ilıca’ya gelmeleri gerekmektedir. (İstanbul-Ilıca arası yaklaşık 9 saat otobüsle.)

İzmir’e uçacaklar saatlerini denk getirdiği sürece Belediye’den tahsis edilecek servisle otele ulaşımlarını sağlayabiliriz.

Place&Accommodation: Naturel Thermal Hotel – Ilıca Mah. 5123 Sok. No: 64 Çeşme/İzmir

According to number of teams and players registered to the tournament, accommodation will take place in rooms of 3, 4 or 5 people.

We expect team captains to help us in room planning (mostly rooms of 3 or 4). Captains are asked to collect information from their teams about who will stay together.

The hotel is 5-6 minutes walking distance to the Ilıca Bus Terminal.

The beach area, where the matches will be played on, is 10-12 minutes walking distance to the hotel.

Transportation:

Domestic: Kamil Koç bus company has direct buses to Ilıca from Ankara and İstanbul. (Alternatives might be searched but, Kamil Koç with direct buses to Ilıca, is our first suggested option) For people flying to İzmir, we have been promised to arrange a shuttle from the airport to the hotel by the Municipality for Friday evening. Team captains should fill in the attached form for every single player to inform us about arrival times of players. People preferring to use their own cars should contact us separately.

International: We would strongly recommend flying to İzmir, if you can find suitable flights. (Direct or via İstanbul) For people flying to İzmir, we have been promised to arrange a shuttle from the airport to the hotel, by the Municipality for Friday evening.

If you’ll fly to İstanbul then you should come to Taksim from Atatürk airport or to Kadıköy from Sabiha Gökçen airport. (One being on European and one being on Asian side) In Taksim or Kadıköy you’ll need to find offices of Kamil Koç bus company to buy intercity bus tickets to Çeşme-Ilıca. Please note for your trip planning that, flying to İzmir from İstanbul lasts appx. 1 hour where going by intercity bus will last appx. 9 hours.
